Our commitment

Zeus Software Solutions (זיוס פתרונות תוכנה), the operator of 3DIY, works to enable people with disabilities to use the service independently and equally. This statement covers the website, print requests, shop and account areas.

Legal framework and accessibility status

Our accessibility target is Israeli Standard SI 5568 at level AA, under the applicable provisions of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. The standard is based on WCAG. Adjustments are described below, but a comprehensive site assessment with assistive technologies has not been completed, so full conformance has not been established. Accessibility tools do not replace accessibility of the website itself.

Available adjustments

The site layout includes a Skip to content link, headings and a main content region, with language and reading direction set for Hebrew and English. The Accessibility options button on the left opens controls for text enlargement up to 150%, inverted colors or grayscale, underlined links and reduced motion. Adjustments can be reset. Preferences are stored in the browser when storage is available.

Assessment and improvements

Automated accessibility scans using axe-core and checks of keyboard use, skip navigation, page transitions, form errors, text enlargement and narrow layouts were performed. Testing used Chromium at desktop and phone screen sizes, in Hebrew and English, with synthetic customer, printer and staff accounts. Text describing model proportions and a way to request assistance were added alongside the model preview. New audio attachments require a written transcript; the sender is responsible for its accuracy. Older messages and content may need additional alternatives. Automated scans do not check every accessibility requirement, and a full screen reader assessment has not been completed.

Using the accessibility tools

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls, and Enter or Space to activate them as appropriate for the control. Escape closes the accessibility options dialog. Standard browser zoom is also available. The site is intended for current desktop and mobile browsers; full compatibility with every browser and screen reader combination has not yet been established.

Limitations and pending assessment

The 3D model preview is visual. It has an accessible name and keyboard rotation controls, but does not provide a full text description of the model shape. User-uploaded images and files may require descriptions or accessible alternatives. Contact us below if information or an action is inaccessible, to request assistance or an alternative. Screen reader checks, keyboard checks across service journeys, contrast and zoom checks still need to be completed, including forms, errors and dialogs. This statement does not claim an exemption from accessibility duties.

Collection and physical access

3DIY connects customers with printers. When collecting from a workshop, the collection location and access arrangements are coordinated with that particular printer. You can request information in advance about an accessible route, parking, steps, lifts, entrances and toilets where relevant. Accessibility enquiries and assistance

You can contact us without a website account to report a barrier, request information in an accessible format or ask for assistance with an action.

Please include a page link, the difficulty and action you attempted, and your preferred way for us to reply. If known, include the browser, device and assistive technology. You do not need to provide medical information, a password or a verification code.

We will review each enquiry, reply and work to provide an accessible response and correct barriers in accordance with applicable legal duties and time limits.
